6 Weeks Body Transformation Challenge

Step 1 Reach out to Dustin or Sam to arrange your FitStart appointment. During this appointment, your BMI will be measured. Step 2 Following your session, your trainer will provide you with the program you should follow and you will schedule your six-week appointments with them. Step 3 At the two-week and four-week marks, progress checks and BMI tracking will take place. Step 4 Look good and feel good! At the end of six weeks the person with the highest percentage of fat loss and the person with the highest percentage of muscle gain wins.

The 20/20/20 workout is a comprehensive fitness routine that combines 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of core and flexibility exercises.

Spin w/ Heather

Spin is a high intensity indoor cycling workout. Consisting of a group of people in a studio with a bike each, following directions from an instructor. A spin bike is unlike a regular exercise bike, as it has a weighted fly wheel that is directly connected to the cranks.

Mat Pilates w/ Tara

Mat Pilates is a type of exercise that utilizes your own body weight for resistance, focusing on core strength, flexibility, and overall body conditioning without the need for specialized equipment. Developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 1900s, it emphasizes stretching and strengthening the core muscles, which span from the hips to the shoulders. Mat Pilates can be modified for any age or fitness level, making it an accessible and low-impact workout option.
