Ground to Grip 4-Week Golf Performance Program May 6, 13, 20, and 27 Wednesdays, 4 – 5 p.m. Ground to Grip Performance System is a 4-week, periodized golf performance program designed to systematically develop stability, strength, rotational power, and swing transfer. Built on evidence-based strength and conditioning principles, the program progresses from foundational movement control to high-velocity acceleration to ensure measurable improvements in clubhead speed and on-course performance. This is structured athletic development applied specifically to the physical and mechanical demands of the modern golf swing.
